Spirit

what/who is Spirit?

1.2.22

What is Spirit? Spirit is a term that embodies the highest power.

Wait… what is the highest power? Great question. The answer is based on your individual perspective… your individual experience in this life… your individual belief system. Depending on who you ask, the answer to this question will vary significantly. That’s because each of us are a unique collection of experiences. For some, the highest power may be a God defined by their religious belief. For some, the highest power may be defined in terms as Mother Earth because their belief system is tied to the elements of earth, wind, water, and fire. For others, they may not even prescribe to anything or anyone as a highest power. The truth is every label that is used and not used is actually the highest power.

Also, because we were all made in the image of this higher power, we are the highest power … or the highest power is within us. No matter how you look at it, we are all connected to the highest power.

This is where self-actualization comes into the picture. Until you reach this level, it’s difficult to comprehend what I am about to say next.

Open your mind and consider though…

Spirit is actually our own consciousness. It is our highest level of consciousness. It is the most healed version of ourselves. It is the version of ourselves that had completely ascended and become one with the Spirit realm.

Spirit may also represent others you consider vital to consult during spiritual work. Spirit may include members of your spirit guide team. If you subscribe to a particular religion or spiritual practice, you may have your god or gods present as well.

When you make a request of Spirit in the highest good, you are asking yourself and your spiritual guidance team for their help in making it happen.

Again, the best advice I can offer is to first heal past trauma to reach self-actualization…and build a strong relationship with your spiritual team to ensure you are on the path they see as in your highest good.
