Energy is everything.

Energy flows throughout and through everywhere and everything and everyone.

There is a finite amount of energy in our universe which means energy cannot be created or destroyed. This is known as the law of conservation of energy. I studied this in engineering school.

That is… I studied it from a science point of view.

I now study energy from a spiritual point of view.

I study energy by recognizing it categorizing it in two basic categories… positive and negative. The energy that benefits me in some way is in positive category. Any energy that does not benefit me, or is not in my highest good, falls in the negative category.

When I say recognize, I mean I use all my senses plus input from my spirit team. For example, have you ever walked into a room and felt something in the pit of your stomach that made you want to turn around and leave? Yeah, me too. That feeling is one of those ways to recognize there is negative energy in that room. It could be coming from a person or from an object in that room. The same energy is flowing through us and is flowing through all the things around us. The energy flow is what connects us to everything … human, animal, plant, rock, table, chair, car, building, river, rock, etc.

I also make choices based on the energy I’m recognizing. I do energy cleanse routines at home and where ever I go. I also have energy protections in place to help protect my energy from negative influences. Doing energy work is just one of the ways my spirit team helps me be the best version of me.
